Yoghurt also spelled Yogurt, yoghurt, yogourt or yoghourt is a milk product created by the fermentation of milk specific microorganism. The fermentation of the lactose in the milk product, by these bacteria, creates lactic acid, which in turn acts on milk the protein to give yoghurt its texture and characteristic tart flavour.

The balance of sweetness between the Agen Prune and deep dark chocolate is just too good! These are my favourite and nobody ever realises it’s a prune!
