Cauliflower is one of several vegetables in the species Brassica family closely related to other Brassicas such as Cabbage etc. It is an annual plant that reproduces by seed. Normally, only the head is eaten – the edible white flesh sometimes called “curd” is often underrated and can produce some stunning results if not overcooked!
