We will also discuss “milk safety and hygiene in cheese making” to ensure that your cheese is safe to eat. You will learn about the benefits of “slow pasteurization for cheese making” and practice this technique hands-on. You will also have the opportunity to make different types of cheeses, such as “cottage cheese” and “ricotta”, and learn about “cheese ageing and storage methods” to ensure that your cheese is at its best. Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience with cheese making, this course will give you the knowledge and skills to make delicious and safe cheese at home.
